APC-SUA1500RM2U Fans Running All of the Time?

I have an APC-SUA1500RM2U that gets nearly too warm to touch on the bottom (rack-mounted). Is there a way to enable the fans to run all of the time? Or does anyone else have any suggestions to fix the heat problem?

I have already replaced the batteries. The heat is not on the battery side, but rather in the front-right side of the UPS (behind the power switch, etc.).
