Just curious, I received a message from one of my UPS devices (RM 1000 SU) and it stated "UPS: The output power is turned off." Does this mean that someone physically powered off the device?

Khue,
What is the status of the unit according to the Power Chute software at this time? If possible, could you please post the event and data logs of the UPS?

Khue,
hmm..there are many events which can cause the UPS to stop the output power. If possible, could you please check the Event logs which was recorded by the Power Chute software before the event "UPS: The output power is turned off"? Secondly, did you check the UPS front lights? Were you able to restore the Output power?

I checked the event log and there are no accompanyinig messages of any importance that could be related. I do know that all devices plugged into the UPS went offline at the same time that message was recorded in the event log. Unfortunately the UPS device is in a closet at a remote location that we were not able to have someone check the LED display. The battery does say it needs to be replaced which we are working on and have been from last week. Most likely the issues are related, I would assume.
