Containment drop ceiling controller issue

Hello Team,

We have installed the Containment at one of our client site. We have installed the containment controller and EM & Temperature sensor and Smoke sensor.  Now we are facing the issue to drop the ceiling panel after trigger the smoke and temperature sensor. 

Please advise.

Hello,

an SR would need to come onsite to verify the installation and we can raise the issue if it is a quality related,you can raise a case to your local CCC team and submit all photos for investigation
