Hello,

It seems the unit is Easy 3M 60 KVA,we suggest to check the input voltage and frequency of mains then verify the below settings :

Min. bypass RMS voltage (V) default value  is -10V you can expand it to -15 V

Max. bypass RMS voltage (V)default value  is 10V you can expand it to 15V

Bypass frequency range (%) default value is 10

Output slew rate (Hz/sec) is 0.5 Hz/s

The permissible three-phase voltage
- limit range is: -30%*Vnor ~ +25%*Vnor, the default range is -10%*Vnor~ +10%*Vnor (output voltage 400Vac)

for the frequency

Range is +/-10% (hysteresis :0.2Hz).

If all the setting are ok,then the bypass  SCRs needs to be verified and check they are not shorted, if yes the SCR KIT needs to be replaced if it is all ok,then replace the SCR driver board ,if the issue the same replace CT board and check if the readings are showing correct ,if the issue then control boards would required to be replaced

an SR is required to come onsite and verify the issue and check the logs for investigation

Regards,

Karim
