I managed to update the firmware on one of my units... (I have 3) now need to do the other 2 (they were acquired later), I must say the FW update on these is overly complicated. they could easily, just do an download/update from the unit itself rather than having a upload only option.
The updated FW unit has the following FW
The FW for these units are found here, but I'd read , re-read... and THEN re-READ to make sure you get the right one as NONE of it is in "simple" English. They have far too many versions and variations for some reason or NO reason.

Hope it helps

Despite popular belief actual and formal support is not given in the APC Forum. ☝️ If you’re seeking any firmware you and the other person must submit a Technical Support Request.
Going this route is the formal and correct path to obtain hardware, software, firmware, and documentation from APC / Schneider Electric.
The APC Forum is a public space where (Joe Public) can ask questions and may receive feedback, support, and possibly solutions.
APC Technical Support no longer provides links to firmware via Box or any other cloud storage platform.
One only needs to read the thousands of active, current, past threads! Where a solution was provided with a link and said link goes no where! 🤦♂️👎
These same old threads are rarely if ever responded by anyone from APC unless someone one day decides to do their job! 🤢
You can literally count on one hand how many APC Support Staff have come into this specific forum and offered an update, corrected any links, never mind offered firmware to the paying customers in a thread?!?! 🙄
Submit a formal service request for what you’re asking for. If you receive it please do share the same with the members here.

Here you go... this is the latest version for both the NMC v2 and the UPS
Just check here to make sure you are using the right ones for your unit as there are a few.
Do the NMC update first it should check your units version and ensure its compatible. and then if all is good will update.
