I have a SmartUPS 1500 SUA1500I running both a windows server 2003 box (powerchute 8.0.1.609 connected by USB) and a telephone switch (not connected to UPS management, only running from the power output)
I wish to configure the UPS to run as normal for 15 minutes. After this i wish the server to be shut down but the UPS to remain active until its battery is depleted. How do I configure this in powerchute?

Good day rhyds,I suggest that you use Powerchute Network Shutdown (works with a network management card installed in the UPS) instead of Powerchute Business Edition. Because with PCBE, the UPS is commanded to go to low voltage sleep mode after the server gracefully shuts down.
