WHS 2011 - PowerChute Personal Edition 3.0.2 - 0 kwh usage

Hi,

I have just updated my HP Microserver to run WHS 2011. I downloaded and installed the latest version of Powerchute Personal Edition 3.0.2 and installed this no problems.

However it shows as the usage as 0 kwh, this never changes. I have tried the usual, uninstall and re-install. Both services are running and the device has been correctly identified and installed.

Any help on solving this would be appreciated.

which UPS are you using with the software? I don't think all UPS models support the reporting of that information.
