Hi all,
First of all thanks for all your comments for me they have been very useful!!
Ok let me explain what I am looking for and I hope that you give a solution.
I have the UPS 3000 with Network Card AP9619, my scenario are 2 Server w2008 R2 ,1 Virtual Machine and SAN.
Ok my aim is to be able to shutdown sequence all the system , that means, usuing a script shutdown all the machines unattended.
Which program of Powerchute do you recommend me?I see that there are several models.
Thks!!!

with a network management card, you'd want to install powerchute network shutdown on any of the systems with a compatible operating system per the compatibility chart. you can execute scripts from powerchute network shutdown also to shutdown systems that don't support powerchute directly. what type of SAN do you have? we just started supporting netgear NAS recently so i didnt know if it was that.
