Cannot log into PowerChute Business Edition mgmt page
I just installed PowerChute Business Edition 8.01 on a windows server 2003 system. I can't log into the management console through a web browser. I've confirmed that the service is running, and tried restarting it.
In IE 8: when I fill in username and password and click the login button, I get "error on page". When I click for details, the info is "Object doesn't support this property or method: applet" on line 9.
In Google Chrome: Loading the login page gives me "An additional plugin is required". Clicking "install plug-in" causes the page to reload and the plug-in warning to reappear.
Would love some debugging help; I'm definitely starting to regret installing PowerChute instead of sticking with the OS's native UPS interface, as barebones as it is.
