Hi,
The battery indicator of my APC Smart-UPS SUA3000 is displaying battery charge incongruent information between the online and battery run (after a power outages) status. As the pics show, when the UPS is online the battery indicator reach 100% (full 5 leds on) which indicates a 100 percent charge, but after a outage the led bar indicator drop immediately to 3 leds (48%) .
I would like to know why it does not indicate 100 percent full load LEDs when entering backup mode.
Also, I want to konw how to test separately each set of x2 batteries in my UPS, to rule out any possible malfunction of the packs. The battery packs is RBC original and near of new, with only 50 days of use.
Thanks for any help.

Yes, we do (the store technician did it front to me) and all did run fine, full 100%, it is noteworthy the first 15 days the battery report indicated 100%, but gradually went down, first to 4 leds and then to 3 leds (48%) where it remains shortly abd go to 2 leds (24%). All this happens within a frame time of 3 months, with some 45 min. max outages, maybe 6 or 7 monthly, which IMO I consider normal for the records in my zone.
