Does anyone know the name or part number of the feet in the attached image? Can they be ordered separately?

I'm afraid that's all I have at the moment. The unit is paired with and similar in size to the SUM48RMXLBP2U supplemental battery pack.
I'm going out to setup the unit next week. All the info I've received is from the maintenance guy onsite unfortunately he's out so I can't call him to get the model number of the UPS. I'm hoping to order the feet before I get there so they arrive at the same time I do.

can you tell me what UPS manual this is from? It looks like SUM1500RMXL2U or SUM3000RMXL2U feet? If so, I can get you the part number since I have some for my own and then let you know the stock status.
