APC Smart UPS + ESXI. What do you do?

So I've just bought myself a APC Smart UPS. It doesn't have a management card. But I will be looking to get one in the near future.

What do you do with a UPS connected to the ESXI Host? A few simple searches on Google revealed some solutions. One of them being that I install PowerChute Business Edition on one of my VM's to exec ute a script to shutdown all of my VM's.
