I need your suggestion on the problem i face thanks

my APC SMART -UPS 750 DUE TO SOME POWER FLACTUATION THE BATTERY STOP STORING POWER and start by passing power to the connected device. But i want to figure it out what is the exact frequency of the DC power for APC SMART- UPS 750  and any thing if you have solution for such kind of problem

I am not sure I understand the problem. Could you clarify? For example, here are some questions I'd start with.

• When there is a power fluctuation, the connected devices turn off?
• Can you provide the exact model SKU of the UPS from the white sticker on the UPS?And also the first six characters of the serial number?
• What exactly is the connected device?
• How old is the UPS battery?
