my APC SMART -UPS 750 DUE TO SOME POWER FLACTUATION THE BATTERY STOP STORING POWER and start by passing power to the connected device. But i want to figure it out what is the exact frequency of the DC power for APC SMART- UPS 750 and any thing if you have solution for such kind of problem

I am not sure I understand the problem. Could you clarify? For example, here are some questions I'd start with.

When there is a power fluctuation, the connected devices turn off?
Can you provide the exact model SKU of the UPS from the white sticker on the UPS?And also the first six characters of the serial number?
What exactly is the connected device?
How old is the UPS battery?
