I have Smart-UPS RT with network card AP9631 and I cannot upgrade the firmware it give me error Unable to verify previous version
I try 2 version of the firm ware v5.1.7 and v6.0.6 both did not work
The Windows tools gives me this...

I try it but the solution was checking the firewall of the Kaspersky and it worked fine

Just proceed with using a manual method is my suggestion.
