AP9630 no longer shows UPS tab after upgrade

Hi All,

I just installed an AP9630 into and SUA2200xl. The card seemed to work fine after installation and I was able to see my UPS unit and logs. I updated the firmware to 5.1.7 for some of the new email configurations and I can no longer see the UPS tab or any UPS log information.

Any ideas?

If you click on administration, then general, then about, What is the name for the firmware? One should be AOS, the other should be SUMX or SY, SY3P etc.

That was indeed the case. I did not think to check more than the management card type.
