AP9630 Crashing/Resetting

Hi,

I'm using an AP9630 with an SMX1500RM2U. I'm experiencing an infuriating issue where the card seems to crash. Sometimes when I'm doing something on the card's web interface, changing settings or viewing the logs, etc., the page takes longer to load, and when it does I'm back at the login page. When I log back in, the updated date at the bottom of the page is reset back to the factory default of 2013, despite it being synced with my NTP server moments ago. I ran the format command and it worked for a little while but the issue came back. Overall the card has been really buggy.

Is this a known issue? What could I do to fix this? I'd be happy to provide more details if needed.

Hi Alex,

Can you share the serial number of the NMC, and the current version of firmware you have installed on it? That is pretty strange behavior, if you're running an older revision of firmware for your application I would start by updating that.

Serial number is ZA1350012333. The firmware is updated to 6.8.2.
