Hi,
Is this a supported combination?
I can login to the cards but it appears they are setup for UPS use not Masterswitch use.
I see some old discussions and links to the APC FTP site but it now asks for a login. And going to the web download pages I can't find what I need.
Angela / Matt - can you help? Or am I attempting the impossible?

If you are talking about replacing the existing NMC card in the unit with an AP9617/8/9 card, it should work, but any optional interfaces on the AP9617/8/9 NMC card (such as environmental sensor, modem, relay contacts) will likely be ignored by the RPDU firmware. I believe the file you want for that is apc_hw02_aos392_rpdu392.exe
You can't just flash the AP9617/8/9 firmware to the NMC card in the unit. I believe that card is the older AP9606, which uses different firmware.
