'UPS Not Found' error on AP9630 Card

Dear all

Recently logged in and discover an error 'Lost communication to UPS'.

Upgraded the Firmware got from the website and the information (About-Network) below 

However, after upgrade, error 'UPS Not Found' shown. Cannot connect to the UPS.

Hi,

If your UPS is a Smart-UPS you have installed the wrong firmware. You need to install SFSUMX672.

Thanks for your reply. The link given is the firmware version currently installed on the UPS, and the same error still experiencing now..

What type of unit is the NMC installed in? Many different systems require their own particular firmware revision. SY (what was originally loaded) is the firmware for the Symmetra LX/RM, SUMX (what is loaded now) is the firmware for single phase SmartUPS and Matrix units, etc.
