APC UPS Network Management Card 2 Email Events behind after power outage/network connectivity loss
I have 3 Smart-UPS 1500 with what i believe are AP9630 UPS Network Management Card 2 in each one. We recently had a power outage where the main network switch lost power before the ups's shut down. The UPS network card was trying to send notification emails but could not due to no connectivity to the email server. Now when the UPS sends out email such as a self test passed, the email that gets sent out is 2 or 3 email notifications old. It like the email is queued in the network card and when a new email event is generated, it sends the oldest one out. Is there any way to fix this so that the email being sent out is the actual event vs an event that is 2 or 3 events old? Prefer a way to do this without shutting down ups..
