Hello,
The probable cause of this error is that the internal 24vdc power supply is not correct or the 13v, 5v or 24vdc control voltage is not ok.
To solve it :
- Check with SoMove which power supply
- Change main control board of the drive.
- Change power board

Please have a look inside our programming manual, this is a first approach to possible cause and remedy. In this case, I would advise you to contact your local technical support .

Apart from the recommendations above and the possible root causes and remedies mentioned in the programming manual, also try to remove all external control wiring first and reboot the drive to check if the INF8 dissapears or not. We have had a field experience where the INF8 was caused by a short circuit inside the remote door mounting kit (VW3A1112) connected via an ethernet cable with the HMI port of the drive => INF8 caused by an external device to the drive
