Just started using the central heating in the last few days.
For some reason some of the radiator thermostats are initiating a boiler firing when not programmed to. It's happened on two different thermostats. Usually in the middle of the night. The boiler then fires and wakes up the wife......grumpiness ensues in the morning. I'm dead to the world. Trying to figure out why. Any ideas greatly accepted so grumpiness can be reduced. Wiser hub one. With radiator thermostats. Thanks.

A radiator thermostat firing the boiler when not programmed to is usually caused by a faulty thermostat, issues with the boiler's internal settings (like pre-heating), or problems with the central heating system's controls. Other causes can include a faulty diverter valve or wiring issues. You should first check for obvious issues like dead thermostat batteries or a manual override setting, then try a simple boiler reset. If the problem persists, contact a qualified gas engineer to diagnose and fix the issue.

Hi @KenMavor ,
Thanks for your post. Please find below some advices.
Lower the iTRV set point during the night to avoid any risk of triggering the boiler.
In case comfort mode is activated, the system might trigger heating during the night to meet the target temperature early in the morning. Try to deactivate Comfort mode if it is activated.
For more assistance, don't hesitate also to contact our local customer support.
Best regards.
David

Thanks all.
Did a reset on both thermostats and the main hub and everything seems to be behaving just now. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
