CCTFR6400 Room Thermostat cannot be added to Home

I got room thermostat from local shop but I have been unable to add it to my home using Wiser app. When adding new device this device type is not available in released product and when using auto scan app won't find it. Are there some limitation or something else? Installation guide says "works with all Wiser kits".

Sorry to that late answer on your post. Did you succeed to add the room thermostat in your system ? If not, what is the Wiser Home hub you have ? Thanks BR David

No I haven't been able to do that. I have gen 1 HUB, CCT501901.
