Hello,
We have a customer who has a current measurement on the high voltage side of his transformer and a voltage measurement on the low voltage site. he wants to combine both measurements on one PM8000 and ask's if it is possible to program a phase shift on the voltage measurements because the transformer cause a phase shift between the primary and secondary. Therefore he gets no correct power and PF...
I don't think this is possible because power is calculated from the core modules in the ION... but just wanned to be shure...
I advised him to make both measurements on the same side of the transformer.
Kind regards

How about using ITC Module for PT/CT correction ? Please see ION Reference there is an option for phase error compensation it might be useful.
