pm5760 can't log any alarm

I have a pm5760 after firmware update, it refuse to log any alarm, no sag, no swell, over frequency, under frequency, nothing, it is empty, I have tried to enable it using ION Setup and ExoStructure, alarming always come back to 0, and also meter initialization error.
