HI,
Our partners see the IEM2000 delivered to them as 50Hz and want to return because we are using 60Hz as system frequency.
I see the technical data sheet that iEM2155 is 50Hz and 60Hz,
also I see the datasheet that it reads from 45Hz to 65Hz range.
Do our iEM2155 is an autodetect for frequency?

Hello @sesa427078_brid
iEM2155 meter does not suitable for 60Hz frequency network.
You can suggest to replace with iEM2050 for 60Hz application.
Regards,
Ramasamy N
