Writing to SCADAPACK 334 register using VTSCADA over MODBUS!

I'm trying to write a value to an internal register in SCADAPACK 334 using VTSCADA. The register is 1612. How do I write 1 to this internal register?

Also trying to energize a physical output coil on the SCADAPACK by writing 1 to register 7. The coil energized but immediately deenergized. What is it that I'm doing wrong?
