Customer requires at least 2 days of memory retention without the need for external power source, in the event of power loss.
I can't find any document that gives the battery details of the ION8650.
Will appreciate any help. Thank you!

Hello Lorenz,
The meter's on-board data will be preserved when a power loss occurs. Please note that the battery inside the meter is only used to keep the power to the internal clock's circuitry (it has no UPS role)
Concerning the battery life ... SANDRA PEDRO, can you answer this?
Regards,
Victor
