I need some support with the IM20-H and its OTD IMDLRDH, so my questions are:

1.- How many IM20-H can you connect to the IMDLRDH´s HMI using modbus RTU??

2.- Can we serve Modbus TCP/IP from the IMDLRDH´s HMI to a system like PME or EBO?

3.- Where can we get the IM20-H firmaware for an upgrade?? (just in case we needed it, since the IMDLRDH installation guide says that its HMI just work with the IM20-H firmware 2.3.0 or later)

4.- How do I do the IM20-H firmware upgrade?

Answers to your questions:

1. Only 1 HMI per IM20H. Please check that the HMI has the last app vestion : 
   • https://www.se.com/id/en/faqs/FA413169/
   • https://www.se.com/in/en/download/document/MFR2858700_Ver_2.0.0/
2. No... you need a Modbus TCP gateway to connect IM20H to upper systems like PME / EPO (have native Vigilohm drivers) or EBO. IMDLRDH cannot be a TCP gateway
3. 4. Please contact the tech support to have latest IM20 FW and some help to upgrade, especially if your IM20H version is lower than 2.3.0 (maybe not compatible with ION Setup upgrade software).
