Hello @Kelvin2805 .
If you require urgent support you should be contacting your location Customer care Team technical support. (Se.com -> Support -> contact technical support). Also note that this question was not asked in the PME forum, chances are most users of PME will never see this question.
I do not know the IFL12 device so I cannot speak to that product. In General, if you have multiple devices on a gateway, your timeout settings in software needs to be at least (# devices * gateway timeout settings). Lets take for example a system with 5 devices and a gateway timeout of 3 seconds, 4 of these devices are not responding, why is not important. Assume that PME is asking for data from all five devices but only the last one will respond, PME will start all 5 requests, then send a request to first device via gateway, gateway will wait 3 seconds, before sending response back. Then PME will send request for second device, wait 3 seconds, get a response back, At this point it has been 6 seconds since PME first started the request for data from the second device. Expand this to all five devices and PME will have waited ~12 seconds before the fifth device even has a chance to respond.
I cannot say for certain that this is the cause but could be a factory, a few devices not responding on a serial loop can take up most of the bandwidth of the loop and never get any data. One test could be to disable most of the devices in the serial loop that are timing out and see if the remaining ones come back.
Further troubleshooting will require tech support case.
Regards,
Charles

Dear @Charles_Murison
I tried to disable almost of device except one device VigilOhm IFL12MCT in serial loop but the result still time out status.
I also change the time out setting of devices and gateway, but it not change anything.
Until now, I don't known what is the exactly reason of this issue. I also take a requestion to customer care support from Schneider, but still not get the solutions.
Hope to get any ideas from communities to solve. 😪

Hello @Kelvin2805 ,
You could try testing communications outside of PME. If you use a modbus client test application like tester.exe (KB), modscan, modbus poll etc, do you see the same response as PME. If you do get the same response as PME. it could be issue is outside PME altogether.
Tech support will be your best option moving forward.
