Hello, a client has problems with his PME licenses in the 2020 version, where even though he has his licenses active in the system, the PME does not recognize them when trying to log in.
They tried to repair them but I get the following error:
The system is on the same server and has not been changed or moved. And it doesn't give the option to return them for reinsertion.
We appreciate your help.

Untrusted v2020 licenses cannot be returned or repaired. Please follow the steps to resolution below.
- Make a request to PME-ordersupport@se.com to release the licenses.
- Close the Floating License Manager and License Manager
- Stop the lmadminscheider and Flexnet Licensing services.
- Stop the PME services.
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet (usually this folder is hidden).
- Delete the files that start with "schneide_8098df00_tsf." Leave all other files alone!
- Start the lmadminschneider service and the PME services.
- Activate the licenses again in the Floating License Manager.
- Mark as New
