My understanding is that all the features in Meter Insights are free to registered users, as long as the meter you're scanning supports it (for example, so data screens wouldn't be available for some devices). Perhaps, Sam Gaib​ can confirm.

Hi Nigel Armstrong,

The QR code feature was added in PM32xx range meters from the firmware version 1.4.0 onwards (The meters which are manufactured from September 2016).
