HI all,
I want setting IEC 61000 - 4 - 30 or IEEE STD 519 - 2014 standard in ION7650.

Currently 7650 doesn't have a ION template for 519-2014 standard yet. 7650 comes with 4-30 if you have the PQ ION template.
What exactly did you mean setting the standard on 7650? You mean how to configure the meter? There is not much you need to configure for 4-30. 4-30 is enabled by default and I think you just need to set up nominal voltage which is a basic meter set up.
