Good day
We have a trouble with the ION Virtual Processor Service, after the change of network domain of server, this service is stop and has not been possible to start it again.
I am grateful to anyone who can give me your comments.
Note: The application is on the SPM7.0 version.

This should probably not be under ION Setup but rather Power Motoring Expert. Second I would recommend contacting technical support and having a case started. You will want to run the diagnostic tool as I am sure there will be a need to look at some of the log files.

Hi, thanks for your response.
I managed to solve the problem with the VIP service, what I did was to restore a backup of the files and restart the service VIP.

The backup was bad too, so we´v created a new VIP, then it worked.
