Hello,
Unable to measure current in one circuit with BCPMA084S.
We believe that one CT unit has failed.
If this is the case, to what extent should parts be replaced?
Replace only the CT board? Or replace the entire CT board and the complete CPU board?
Regards,
Miyai

Hello,
Loaded question has may depend on the hardware version of the product. Some versions the CT strips were calibrated with the board, other versions the CT trips and CPU boards were calibrated separately.
Recommend reaching out to your local technical support with product details including Serial number.
Regards,
Charles
