Remove EN50160 Framework from ION8650A frameworks

Is there a document that provides steps on how to cleanly remove the EN50160 framework from the 8650A without beraking any of the other frameworks. I found there are some modules that are tied into other components of the 8650A frameworks.

There was an old doc back in the day that explained how to do this for the 7600 but I can't seem to pull that one specific to the 8650A.
