Hello,
Regarding ION9000 “Phasor Diagram”, is there any way to customize the settings to indicate V4?
Customer wants V1, V2, V3, V4, I1, I2, I3, I4 to be displayed in Phasor Diagram.
Therefore, I am considering whether I can handle this and would like your advice.
Best regards,
Miyai

Hello @Miyai ,
No setting to change the phasor diagram on meter or ION Setup to display V4. If you are using some other 3rd party application you could read information from meter's modbus map, Voltage X, H1 Angle, and Current X, H1 Angle. Magnitude information is also included in the modbus map.
Regards,
Charles

these same quantities are also available over the WEB api, so could be displayed in a custom web page.
Unfortunately the default web page implementation for displaying phasor diagram was hard coded with no user configuration.
