Recover password of power meter PM710

Hi all,

We have a customer is using our power meters PM710 (firmware version 2.0 - 3.0). The contractor had installed wrong CT ratio so that we need to support them. The problem here that they had changed the password (default password is 0000).

So please support to let us know how to recover password (update firmware or we have master password).

Thanks so much your support.

Hi Tran Bao,

No, unfortunately it seems that backdoor passwords for PM700 with versions that are less than V3.04 are not supported. But try to contact the technical support, maybe they can provide you another solution.

Hi Tran Bao,

If firmware is V3.040 or higher, then I can provide you a backdoor password. For this I need the serial number of the related PM.

Regards

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

They have around 40 PM710. They have both firmware v.2.02 and 3.04. Do you have any solution with v.2.02?

Thanks so much your support.
