PM810 - Problems with powers in display.

Hello All,

I have a costumer with a problem in PM810. In display, the PM810 not show the powers per phase (VA, VAr and W), only show a dash (see attach files), but show the total for all powers.

I think this problem can be a scale, but I not found any report for a same problem.

Anyone already had a same problem?

Anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks.

Hi Samuel,

What system type is configured on your device? When it is a delta system, then you will only have total powers.

Daniel

Re: PM810 - Problems with powers in display.

Hello Daniel,

Thanks a lot for your answer.

I asked to the costumer what type the connection that PM810 have and confirmed to me, that is Delta. They confirm in electrical drawing where the PM are installed.

One more time, thanks.
