Reason of 36ma analog output from ION7550 md controller

It was observed that ION 7550 MD controller to Power Logic (Schneider)  SCADA values were freeze,We have reset the power supply of the meter after that analog output channel 1&2 0-20mA ports giving 36mA and this will effecting the our load shedding program.

Please advice for the solution and reason why we are getting analog output as 36 ma.

Seem like overload condition. 0 to 20 mA: 500 Ohm load Max from datasheet. Check your transducer input impedance as well.
