Reading values of PM710 are not normal

Hi all,

We are having a project that install a PME system for customer. Unfortunately, some power meters PM710 have abnormal values: the power factor is negative, and reactive power has both positive and negative value. Please see attach file the data of 01 meter.

If anyone know the reason, please let me know.

Thanks so much your support.

Thanks & Best regards,

Re: Reading values of PM710 are not normal

Hi Tran Bao Duong,

It is hard to understand the issue with this information.

It is better to log a case with the Technical support team, and please add the meter firmware version, the wiring diagram where these devices are installed and what kind of load connected to it.

The Technical Support Center for Vietnam can be contacted by E-mail at AdvancedTechSupport.IN@schneider-electric.com

Regards,

Fabricio
