Question regarding PCS+ error

KakaoTalk_20240911_090100171_04.jpg

As shown in the photo, there is a harmonic filter error. Could this issue be because the IT/BP switch is not in the open position? The system is a 3-phase, 3-wire, 440V delta ungrounded IT system.

The CT is installed in the 2-CT method as per the manual.

1)You can confirm if the grounding system settings match the corresponding switches?
2) Have you called Schneider Electric hotline for help?
3) Have you updated FW?
4) Can you provide more information? For example, the screenshot below,  event logs and wave form data

Hello 2WON,

Could you please provide the part number and serial number for the PCS+? and the SLD of the system include CT installation position.

Did you check the fuses/switches (if exist) on 3 phases?

And please switch to English Language in HMI when you take screenshot. Thanks!

It is not  CT issue, the 3phases currents of load are normal.

@2WON  When did these two warning signs appear? Has it been there all along? Will it disappear?

I will discuss this with PCS+ FW engineer, please give me your feedback.

The error on L1 has been present from the beginning. What I want to know is whether the error shown is the correct one that appears when the IT/BP switches are not opened, considering that all IT/BP switches should be opened in the IT grounding system. Since the distance between my office and the installation site is quite far, I need to resolve this in a single visit.
