Power monitoring Expert Report with daily quantity

I'm currently working on PME 9.0. My customer request is the report can show the daily quantity of factory and can calculate the production cost per unit. But the data of daily quantity must be input manually by operator each day or each working shift. How can I do that in PME or any tool that help operator record the data of quantity into the SQL database of PME?
