I am sending reset command (2009 & 2020) to the meter via Mod-bus TCP with reference to the FAQ.
However, the meter have nothing happened and I receive [0,30659] when I try to check registers [5125-5126].
Can anyone tell me how to fix it?
Also, is there any command that I can reset all readings at once?

Hello @troychan
Can you share the Wireshark traces when the commands 2009 & 2020 sent to the meter and response received form the meter for analysis?
You can use the ION setup to reset all (navigate to Meter resets -> Meter initialization) parameters.

Hi @troychan
The meter will accept the Modbus energy reset command if we follow the command structure as below,
Register1 5000 = 2020
Register2 5001 = Semaphore received from the register 5680
Can you please try once in ION setup and share the observation?

Hi @troychan
You will get this error "unable to gain device setup access" if the meter HMI entered in to the setup menu.
Keep the meter HMI in summary page and reset the energy from ION setup.
Please make sure the device ID configured as 255.
