Clearly not acceptable to mount a 3P M63 PowerTag Sensor on a 2P iC60 MCB.
Please check with tech support to confirm the possibility to use A9MEM1522 or A9MEM1560.
Even if you have no neutral, your phase to phase voltage will be 220 Vac, compatible with 1522 or 1560 PN voltage reference. In this case, this may be possible to use 1P+N PowerTag sensor.
