Password reset PM5000

Hi every one,

I have client who don't remember passwords for PM5111 and  PM5330.

I know user guide and I see "return the meter for factory reconfiguration" but maybe is any chance to not destroy all collected data.

If there was a way to reset the password that did not require returning the meter, this information would be included in the user guide.
