PM8000 v2.2.1 Unable to Upgrade

Hello,

Not sure what to make of the below upgrade failure message:

failure.PNG

The meter is at v2.1.0 (used the upg file from the 2.2.1 zip to make sure), but I get a product ID message.

Any ideas on what could cause this? I appreciate the assistance!

Thanks,

– Scott

Hello @Scott_MCN

Do you have the MID hardware? It looks like you have the MID firmware file.
