I have a PM8000 installed upon a 11kV system which is monitoring the voltage using 11000/110V PTs.
The meter has been configured using ION Setup 3.1 as follows:
PT Primary: 11000V
PT Secondary: 110V
Nominal Voltage 11000V
When I close the connection between ION Setup and the meter, the Device Configuration Checklist > Configuration Warnings states: PT primary/nominal mismatch". Why is this when the two are the same value?

What volts mode do you have the device operating in?
If the system is operating in a Delta system, the existing version of ION Setup has a problem in that it is mistakenly expecting the Vnominal to be root3 times as big (plus/minus 10%) instead of just being in the ballpark.
Next version will have this issue corrected.

The system is set up as Delta.
Thank you for the response.
