PM8000 Standalone sending Alarm E-Mails

Hello,

a customer wants to configure several pm8000 devices to send alarm emails through smtp server to a local e-maiil adress.

We didn't find where to configure and test the function.

Any documentation or help with this?

Where can we test the smpt functionality to send emails?

Where can we configure the smtp user and password?

Where can we configure the email adress where the alarm should be send?

thanks a lot

Hello @Sven_Ortmann

To send an e-mail alert for your PM8000 you need to add an Alert ION module with ION setup.

Please check this section of the PM8000 User Manual :

https://www.productinfo.schneider-electric.com/pm8000/viewer?docidentity=Alerting-51AC377A&lang=en&e...

Please check the following section to know how to implement this module inside your PM8000 :

https://www.productinfo.schneider-electric.com/pm8000/viewer?docidentity=HaveInlineGraphicOfModuleIc...

Regards,

Romain
