Hello,
I was updating the firmware on a PM8000 device and got a message saying "meter communication issue". ION Setup then crashed. The display now fails to connect to the meter and I can't reach the device on ION Setup.
Here are the installation logs. Any help would be appreciated!

The LED indicator is flashing red/green. Meter is being replaced.

It seems the upgrade process is almost done except restoring Framework as I do not see 'Framework restored successfully' statement at the end of the Upgrade log.
Did you power cycle the meter and see if it can be reached?
Meter has the Status/Power LED, please check if it is solid green after power cycle or flashing Red/Green.
If it is flashing Red/Green, means startup or firmware upgrade sequence is in progress or likely meter is stuck in the boot loop. In this case, when there is no communication with the meter, unfortunately the only option is replacing the meter.
